Terms of Sale

1What you are buying

Everything in the store is a digital item or service for use on RustGuy game servers: ranks, gem packs, bundles and extras. You are buying access to in-game perks, not a Rust license, not a Steam item and not anything you can resell or transfer.

Perks apply to the Steam account you were signed in with at checkout. Please check the SteamID shown at checkout before you pay. We cannot move an order to a different Steam account once it is delivered.

Prices are in US dollars. Prices, perks and what is on sale can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

2Paying

Card. Card payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure page. Your card details never touch our servers.

Cash App. We save your order and show you the exact amount and your order ID. Send that amount to our cashtag with the order ID in the note. We confirm payments by hand, so there can be a delay. An order that is never paid is cancelled.

Crypto. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. You pay the exact amount shown on their page in the coin you choose. Network and exchange fees are paid by you, and we receive the order total in full. If you send too little, the order is not confirmed. Open a ticket and we will sort it out.

A promo code, where offered, is applied to your order total before you pay. For rank subscriptions paid by card, a promo applies to the first payment only.

3Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, we deliver your order to your Steam account. Delivery is usually quick, and orders are fulfilled by our staff, so it can take a little longer overnight. Your receipt and order status are on the confirmation page and in your dashboard.

If your order has not arrived within 48 hours of a confirmed payment, open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Perks work on the servers they are sold for. A server wipe resets the map and player progress as it always does, and it does not cancel or refund your purchases.

4Rank subscriptions

Ranks and the all-ranks bundle bought by card are monthly subscriptions. Stripe charges you again every month until you cancel. Your first payment happens at checkout, and each payment covers 30 days of the rank.

To cancel, open the VIP & perks tab of your dashboard and press Cancel subscription. If you cannot sign in, open a ticket on our support page or in our Discord with your order ID and we will cancel it for you. The rank stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused days.

Rank orders paid with Cash App or crypto are a single payment that covers 30 days. They do not renew by themselves.

Lifetime ranks are a single payment with no renewals, and they do not expire. "Lifetime" means for as long as RustGuy runs the servers that rank applies to. If we ever shut those servers down permanently, we will tell you in advance in our Discord. A lifetime rank is delivered like any other order and is not refundable once delivered, and it is tied to the Steam account that bought it.

5Refunds

• Not delivered: full refund if we have not delivered within 48 hours of a confirmed payment, or if we cannot deliver at all.
• Wrong or duplicate order: contact us within 24 hours, before the items are used, and we will fix it or refund you.
• Delivered and used: digital items are not refundable once delivered, because they cannot be returned.
• Bans: if you are banned for breaking the server rules, your purchases are not refunded. You can read the rules before you buy.
• Where the law says otherwise, your legal rights come first.

Approved refunds go back to the way you paid. Card refunds are made through Stripe and can take several days to appear. Crypto refunds are sent in crypto, less network fees. Cash App refunds go back to the cashtag that paid.

6Chargebacks and fraud

Please talk to us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card company. We almost always fix problems quickly.

If a payment is disputed, reversed or found to be fraudulent, we may remove the items, cancel your subscriptions, and suspend your account from buying and from claiming free kits. Using a stolen card or someone else's payment method is not allowed, and we may report it.

7Your account

You sign in with Steam. We never see your Steam password. You are responsible for what happens on the Steam account you sign in with, including purchases made on it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission to buy. We can suspend accounts that abuse the store, the free kit, or our staff.

8Free starter kit

The free kit is a gift, not a purchase. You can claim one per Steam account and one per Discord account, and you must be a member of our Discord. It can be changed or withdrawn at any time, and claiming it more than once with other accounts is not allowed.

9Privacy

We keep only what we need to run the store and the servers:

• Orders: your SteamID, email, what you bought, the amount, your chosen server and the payment status.
• Free kit and Discord: your Discord ID and name and whether you are in our server, so we can check membership and give one kit per person.
• Tickets: when you open a ticket in our Discord, a copy of the conversation is saved so staff can look back at it. It is kept on a private link that only staff can use.
• Sign-in: a cookie keeps you signed in with Steam on this site. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. They have their own privacy policies, and we never receive your full card number. We do not sell your data. We only share it with the payment providers and the services needed to deliver your order.

You can ask us to show you or delete your data by opening a ticket in our Discord. We may need to keep order records for as long as the law requires.

10Other terms

RustGuy is an independent community server. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios Ltd. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios Ltd.

We work hard to keep the servers online, but we cannot promise they will always be available. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not apply to orders you already paid for. By ticking the box at checkout and paying, you agree to these terms.
